"Spirits of the Past"
We will be honoring our ancestors at the 2008 National Specialty. Our goal is to honor those who have passed with a display at the host hotel. We need your help to make this a successful exhibit.
Please submit pictures of your past Swissys.
Picture submission guidelines:
1) The dog must be deceased. (As it is a gallery of those gone before us and are with us in "Spirit")
2) The dog is not required to have titles or to have produced a litter.
2) The picture must be 8 x 10 or smaller. Pictures submitted may be show shots, working shots, or any other picture the owner desires to submit.
3) One picture per dog.
4) All Swissys are welcome in the display, regardless of country of origin or residence.
5) Rescued dogs are welcome; please give us a short story about where the dog came from and its history.
6) The picture must be labeled with the dog's registered name, the dog's call name, any titles it received, and the owner's name and address so the picture can be returned. Owners can include breeder's name, sire, dam, DOB and DOD and other information if they desire.
7) Owners wishing their picture returned must include a SASE. All pictures submitted without a SASE (for return) will be submitted to the club historian and entered into the club archives.
8) Pictures submitted by electronic file should be of reasonable quality to be printed on regular paper allowing for a nice image.
